Juan Jimenez is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Before starting A House on a Rock, he served as an aircraft mechanic for the President's helicopter fleet. Although he started as a simple mechanic, he ended his helicopter maintenance days in the quality assurance department. As he tells it, he ensured the President's helicopters were safe for flight.
After the Marine Corps, an entrepreneur to his core, he took his attention to detail, obsession with a job well done, and passion for homes into the home inspection field. Although his initial goal was just one monthly inspection, God had other plans. A House on a Rock Home Inspections quickly became a stand-out home inspection company in the Richmond area.
More recently, Juan has attracted a wider audience - going viral many times on social media and writing hundreds of helpful blog posts.
Juan has since moved on from self-limiting goals. Now, he has a massive goal - to make A House on a Rock a trusted name and voice in learning and caring for your home.
When not inspecting, Juan is obsessed with his family - a wife and four kids, Jesus, working in his garage, and his newfound love of plants!
At A House on a Rock Home Inspections, a license and InterNACHI certification is just the beginning. Next, all of our inspectors are cross-trained on different areas and services such as chimneys and termites. Honestly though, more importantly, they're all mechanically inclined and enjoy their job.
