When I started A House on a Rock Home Inspections, I knew instantly that I wanted a relational business, not a transactional business. I had not heard of those terms at the time, and I did not know what that would look like.

All I know was that I wanted to develop and maintain long term relationships with my clients even though on average, they only hire us every seven years.

This blog is one of the ways we try to continually serve our past clients and hopefully reach and impress future clients. There are lot of maintenance tips, technical information, how to videos, and even a bit of satire.
